Feeling Stuck?
You know something in your life needs to change.
But we often repeat the same choices without realizing why.
A “program” is simply a learned pattern — a way of thinking, reacting, and making decisions that becomes automatic over time.
The Mental Retreat helps you notice those patterns, understand what keeps repeating, and consciously choose a different direction.

The Mental Retreat
The Mental Retreat is a space to step out of autopilot, see the patterns shaping your life, and consciously choose what comes next.
Through regression, breathwork, body awareness and intentional habit change, we connect inner insight with real-life action.
Mind. Breath. Body.
Transformation becomes deeper when we work with more than thoughts alone.

Sabina Yusuf
I’m Sabina — a mother, a regression practitioner, and simply a person who deeply believes that change begins when we finally become honest with ourselves.
I know how easy it is to get lost in responsibilities, routines, fear, and the same repeating patterns. My work is to create a space where you can slow down, hear yourself again, and understand what has been quietly shaping your choices.
Through regression, breath, body work, and practical changes in everyday life, I help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with more clarity.
My mission is not to tell you how to live. It is to help you hear yourself clearly enough to choose for yourself.

FAQ
What is regression?
Regression is a guided practice that helps you slow down and explore memories, emotions, images, and recurring patterns that may be connected to what you experience today.
What happens during a regression session?
You relax, close your eyes, and follow my questions while noticing whatever memories, feelings, images, or body sensations naturally come up.
Will I be asleep or lose control?
No. You remain aware throughout the session and can speak, move, pause, or stop at any time.
What can I bring to a session?
Any area where you feel stuck or notice something repeating — relationships, habits, fears, decisions, confidence, money, or life direction.
